RNA-seq gene expression profiles displayed on their chromosome location using the UCSC Genome Browser.
Traces from deep RNA sequencing (Illumina short reads) for ImmGen cell-types identified at left (1), displayed on the UCSC genome browser. Use the navigation controls (2) to zoom or move around the genome, or to search for a specific gene or location. The tracks displayed and their mode of representation can be selected using the selection panel (3), including the wealth of additional information available on the UCSC browser (4).
